  paper/figures/teaser.png, the paper's Figure 1. The upstream PNG is
  1920 x 1080 RGBA with an alpha channel that is opaque everywhere; it was
  composited onto white (a no-op for these pixels), converted to RGB and
  resized to 1600 x 900. No crop, no relabelling.

  The paper's Figures 2, 3 and 4, which are vector drawings in
  paper/PAPER.pdf (pages 2 and 3). Each was rasterized at 400 dpi with
  pdftoppm, cropped to the figure without its caption, and composited onto
  white. No other change.

Changes: the figures above were extracted, cropped, resized and converted
as described. Nothing else from the repository is redistributed.
